Starting in the morning at English Bay, next to Stanley Park, Mel will dip his bike wheel into the Pacific Ocean.
After a short ride to the Vancouver Art Gallery, Mel and other participants will be greeted
a large group of supporters. Information booths will be set-up by members of the BCMHA to create an awareness and education forum for mental health.
Shortly after a series of speeches and activities, Mel will start his cross Canada trip.
Planned Agenda
11am - 12pm "Dipping" ceremony at the beach, followed by group ride to the Victoria Art Gallery
12pm - 1pm Banners and balloons, info about mental health and speeches at the Vancouver Art Gallery
1pm The journey begins
